Acer has announced not one, but EIGHT new smartphones for the Singapore market. Here are their names:

DX900:

• $528
• 2.8-inch screen
• VGA resolution
• HSDPA connectivity
• WiFi, BT
• GPS
• DUAL SIM card support

DX650:

• $395
• 2.8-inch screen
• QVGA display

DX960:

• $468

F900:

• 3.8-inch screen
• WVGA screen
• 5MP auto-focus camera
• scroll-wheel
• HSDPA
• WiFi, BT
• GPS

M900:

• comes with bio-metric security
• QWERTY keyboard (take that TOUCH HD!)
• 3.8-inch screen
• WVGA screen
• 5MP auto-focus camera
• scroll-wheel
• HSDPA
• WiFi, BT
• GPS

What is most interesting the ACER M900, which has keyboard too. This is going to be the direct contender of the HTC TOUCH PRO 2 as it also has 3.8-inch WVGA display with QWERTY keyboard. The ACER DX650 is a budget model which does NOT comes with any fancy features unlike the more expensive ones. All the new models come with 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM.

PS: According to the techieLobang, Acer announced that there will be no more phonse under the Eten brand
