Arkwords is a Windows Phone 7 application packing all your essential basic needs- Dictionary, Thesaurus and Translator together. The app is developed in a very similar way other Windows Phone 7 applications are coming up, with only partial shots of the app available at a single time.
Its still not comprehendible whether the app is going to have audio support as well. The developer- Arktonic’s website can be accessed here. Catch the video on the software here.
