SBSH Go Touch Updated to version 1.1

SBSH has just updated us with a very exciting news that they have updated the Go Touch, a popular RSS reader for Windows Mobile devices to version 1.1. This new update brings in an array of very exciting features:
- Google Reader – Automatically sync your Google Reader content, read-state syncing and more!
- Auto-Updates – Far better auto-syncing logic and implementation. Use time based or interval based
- More Gestures – Swipe between articles like a real newspaper, enlarged article view display and more!
- Windows Mobile 6.5 – Code and design improvements for better usability with new WM6.5 devices

Its too bad it is so slow and buggy. Syncing with google reader takes literally an hour each time, and while it is syncing, you can’t look at other articles, and it crashes lots, and you lose your categories.. at least for me it did.
Do you perform sync on a fast wifi connection or on a slow GPRS/edge connection?
I sync on a wifi connection, through activesync, and it is unbearable slow, and on the evdo connection I have it is the same. RSS hub that came with my htc works fast and flawlessly. Maybe version 2 will be better

Same to me. I’m trying the trial of GoNews 1.1 and it takes around one hour for just 40 feeds on my HTC Touch HD…
