Microsoft will be spending somewhere between 400 million to 1 billion dollars at the launch of Windows Phone 7 launch. Microsoft will be releasing the final version of the Windows Phone 7 Developer Tools on September 16 this year that will allow the developers to recompile their apps before the relaunch of the Windows Phone Marketplace.
Microsoft is investing a lot to lure the developers to make exiting apps for Windows Phone to make them understand the platform.
