Introducing the first Smartbook: Toshiba TG01
Qualcomm’s Toshiba TG01 has been named the first ‘Smartbook’ by its Senior Director of Marketing and Development in an interview. He coined up this inquisitive word Smartbook saying that it is something that’s an amalgam of a powerful notebook permanently connected to the internet.
In an interview to Mobinnaute, the senior director unveiled his plans to access your emails without any need of rebooting your machine.

With plans of marketing in late 2009 or early 2010, these have the possibility of coming in different segments including the likes of social networking, multimedia and gaming. The brand-new Toshiba TG01 equipped Snapdragon plans to bridge the gap between the mobile-world and the world;and is proposed to have price of 500-600 Euros. Offering a tough fight, Qualcomm is surely for a ‘smart’ business here!
