Motorolo sued by Microsoft again

Microsoft has filed a second suit against Microsoft within weeks. Motorolo has been accused of charging excessive royalties over its patents and has been asking for the retail prices of the Microsoft’s products- Xbox 360s, Windows Phone 7 smartphones, and Windows 7 PCs as royalties. Microsoft is demanding a fair price to be charged for the hardware and software used in its products.
