No more international data fee for the international buyers: Microsoft

A lot of international users especially those from Australia have been complaining about the costly charges that are being applied to their transactions by Microsoft. When they buy apps, they are charged an extra dollar as an international fee. You buy a 99 cents app and end up actually paying $1.99? Bit problematic, no? The problem was that the credit process was not done nearby so they connected with Singapore. Now it is no more an issue since the payments head to Sydney instead of Singapore. So, did any of you out there, ever experience that similar problem when they buy apps for Microsoft?
