It has been quite a while we told you that people at Qualcomm claim that Toshiba TG01 is the first ‘Smartbook’, a netbook permanently connected to the internet. Now the twist in the tale is that Qualcomm has received a restraining order in Germany from a district Court.

The epicenter is the Smartphone AG whose CEO, Dirk Pick feels that their brand has been misused by the giant.  A non-compliance can cause arrest or a 250,000 euros fine to the company.
