Windows Phone 7 disables data when in Roaming

Windows Phone 7 OS is intelligent enough not to use data when roaming. On the statusbar, there is a triangle that indicates that your are roaming and it automatically disables data access. That said, for some reason, if you would like to keep that option on, there is a way to do that too.
Just go to “Data Roaming Options” and set it to “Roam” to enable data while Roaming. [via]
