There is no doubt that the best photo viewer for Windows mobile is the one from Resco, the Resco Photo viewer. Although few users complain about the lack of finger friendly interface, it is still a rock solid application. Anyway, Resco patiently listened to those complaints and has unveiled alpha version of Photo viewer's upcoming version
“For everyone that desperately awaits the release of the new version of the Photo Viewer, we have prepared an Alpha version. This version was not tested properly so far, so some crucial bugs might appear but even though this version seems to be pretty stable in normal use. Of course not all features are implemented so far but the most prior functions are. We will appreciate some bug reports if you will encounter some, but please don’t be too critical, it is only an Alpha version after all.”
New features:
* G-sensor support
* Touch friendlyness
* The folder shows the preview of the pictures inside it
* 100% zoom in and out using double clicking (zoom the double clicked area)
* Thumbnail and list view and multiselection operations
* Direct access to the camera
* Upload to Facebook, Flickr

The HTC WiFi Router came just last month, but it seems as if problems have already started shooting up. The app gave a tough score to WMWifiRouter, and is still giving it by solving its bugs.
The problems encountered with the app was that some of the laptops were not able to get to the access point. Now, the bug-fixer is adding of the ‘WiFi sharing’ option on the communication manager, making it quite attractive. Available in EXT and CAB version, this new Comm manager is worth trying.
Supposed to work on VGA and possibly, WVGA as well, it is all set to make WiFi sharing much easier. Get the updated version on XDA Developers and let us know your views.

We discussed the WinMo Marketplace ‘Race to Market Challenge’ that apparently seemed to be quite exciting for the devs and ISVs. But some issues have started cropping up. One of them are the registration problems that includes:
- Cumbersome registration process
- High cost of certification testing
- Payment issues regarding credit cards
- Not a student friendly program – freebies enrolled through Microsoft Dreamspark program not delighted
- No copyright protection guarantee
- Archaic process for identity verification, including attestation by a Public Notary
- Extra charges(about $99) for each application despite of it passing the required tests
- May not impress non-US citizens
