After Vodafone Spain announced its intentions to get its hands on the HTC HD2, Clove jumped up in the similar race. The Clove is set to unveil its HD2 on Nov 11, before Vodafone Spain that lets the phone out in December.
The cost of the multi-touch phone is 469 pounds(about $740) without any SIM or contract. It looks quite easy on the pocketbook when compared to its counterparts. The US people can do nothing but wait.

HTC HD2 gets a new camaraderie- Vodafone Spain. Vodafone made an official announcement regarding the multi-touch device entering Spain. The speculation for release is seen in December. The phone running HTC Sense UI is projected more of a business smartphone than a personal one.

“Vodafone has launched the HTC HD2 smartphone in Spain. HTC’s first Windows smartphone running the HTC Sense interface runs on a Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon processor and Windows 6.5 OS and provides access to the Windows Marketplace for applications. The slim handset features a 4.3-inch capacitive touch screen, 5 megapixel camera, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity and GPS. Other features include HTC Peep for Twitter, Microsoft Exchange sync and access to the Microsoft My Phone service for storage.”
About the availability
“Starting December, Vodafone Spain will offer the HTC HD2 smartphone exclusively for business customers. Users will be able to acquire the HTC HD2 handset at Vodafone shops across Spain, along with a Vodafone mobile internet tariff plan subscription. Customers can opt for Vodafone’s Real Mail package available for EUR 15 per month, or for the Windows Mobile E-mail service with a monthly fee of EUR 22.”

HTC HD2, the first Windows phone with multi-touch by HTC is now being showcased at the official site. The specs now get crystal clear with the HD2 specs and images announced.
With Windows Mobile 6.5, the digital compass and auto-focus 5MP camera are being accommodated on the HD2. About storage memory, its 448MB RAM and 512MB ROM with micro-SD slot. The Touch Flo 3D 2.5 operates on 4.3inch capacitive display(800X480). The 157gm HD2 has 1230mAh battery and 1Ghz snapdragon processor. GPRS, 3G, Wifi connectivity are other specs already known.
