Although Windows Phone Tango devices are only just starting to appear, applications are quietly being updated to incorporate support for the platform update. Such as Microsoft's weather app, which has been rebuilt from the ground up, with new features, to comply with Tango's specifications.
HTC launched China's first Windows Phone smartphone this week - the HTC Triumph (a re-branded version of the HTC Titan) which is shipping with Tango as standard - and Nokia will release WP7 handsets in the People's Republic before the end of the month.

HTC has proudly shown off its micro-arc oxidation process, as used on the HTC One S shell. At the MWC unveiling of the HTC One S smartphone, HTC claimed the metal finish was more resilient than normal handset chassis, and that it would wear a fingernail out before the case was scratched.
HTC has uploaded a video to YouTube explaining the manufacturing process the case undergoes in order to reach new levels of durability. Aircraft-grade aluminum is bombarded with 10,000 volts of electricity over a prolonged period to attack the metal and cause the ceramic surface to work itself into the metal itself, rather than merely sitting on top of it. Take a look at the video to see the procedure [...]

Windows Phone 7.5 mango will be featured on the new Titan 2 when it arrives, possibly at MWC in Barcelona, so to set the scene we're going to take a closer look at the original Titan, complete with Windows Phone 7 OS. Mango or not, the 4.7-inch display is the most striking feature of the Titan. The Titan stretches a mighty 131mm x 71mm but weighs in at a lightish 160g. For all that screen real estate the Titan is still not too chunky - just 9.9mm thick.
The included headset is poor, but swapping the stock headset for decent headphones proves there is nothing wrong with the audio output of the Titan as such, it's just a question of how you capture and render that output. So Titan buyers [...]

HTC announced its huge Titan 2 Windows Phone at CES 2012, sporting a 16MP camera. Detail in shots taken by the Titan 2 was truly astounding thanks in part to its rear-illuminated sensor. The Titan 2 camera also offers image stabilization, a selection of focus modes, 720p video capture and a dedicated button for the camera. But it's not all good news - all tha extra photo-capabiliy means the batery is no longer removeable but has at least been souped-up from a 1600mAh pack to a 1730mAh version.
Design-wise the Titan 2 if anything resembles the HTC Thunderbolt most of all, and its smooth rear surface is good to the touch. Inside there's a 1.5GHz Snapdragon CPU with a slightly meagre [...]

HTC is a very loyal ambassador of Windows Phone 7 platform. In fact, if you walk into Sprint you will find only one Windows Phone 7 device, HTC Arrive. There is only one WP7 HTC HD7 in T-Mobile. AT&T has four WP7 devices.
Senior VP of HTC Fred Liu stated that HTC sells 1 HTC device for every 2 Windows Phones sold. Sales of Windows Phone 7 are picking up and I think HTC will continue to play a dominant role in Windows Phones sales. Anxious to see how well Nokia Windows Phones will do... time will tell I guess.
Finding a reliable cheap web hosting will provide your Windows server a better performance and flexibility you need. [...]
