With the economic recession still plaguing the world economy, the normal consumer wants to get more features at the lowest price possible. This is where the HTC TOUCH VIVA truly shines. This pebble shaped Windows Mobile device packs a lot of features at a diminutive price. Do we recommend it?

Inner Circle allows messages from key, preset contacts to be filtered out at the touch of a button, allowing mobile users to readily access important information on the relatively small 2.4-inch 320 x 240 display. Inner Circle gets a dedicated key on the full QWERTY keyboard. Here are its few screenshots:
