There are some reports of a serious bug regarding the Windows Phone 7. The reports say that it still uses 3G even if WiFi is present in the area. This means the phone will continuously send data and your data plans will exceed your limits. It is not an isolated case; a number of people are showing concerns about this serious bug. The issue is that the phone switches to 3G when it is not actually necessary and there is a big discussion about massive data blocks are being sent to AT&T at night. Those are pretty big issues that need to be answered and addressed quickly.
